Human development and capacity building courses ERD Company implemented its project by contracting with the Salah al-Din Governorate Office to train 100 employees from a group of departments (planning, local administration engineering, legal department, contracts department, human resources department, administrative and financial department, accounts department, auditing department).
Through an integrated program based on research, development and analysis, in three stages (First - institutional analysis, second - training, third - recommendation and report, setting the future vision and setting goals) Based on the results of an institutional analysis (SWOT) conducted by the company to determine the necessary departments and the type of training that employees will receive.
The results of the analysis indicated the selection of the most important positions that employees will meet (Strategic planning, project management, direct implementation of engineering projects, government contracts, bidding and referrals, contract implementation, contract controls, contractual obligations, accounting and auditing, accounting systems, general budgeting and judicial accounting, economic crimes, human resources management and its basic functions, planning Strategic human resources, human resources tools and techniques, technology management and its basic functions, technology management tools and techniques).
